Textile Intervention from the Colombian Embera Community.

The Mola or Molas is a hand-made textile that forms part of the traditional women’s clothing of the indigenous Guna people from Panamá, Central America, and Colombia, South America.
The butterfly painting, also used on the jaw by women, represents the resurrection and theimmortality, in addition to the brevity of life and the ephemerality of earthly beauty.
